Clinical Case Manager

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide clinical case management and crisis intervention to immigrant survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking include culturally and linguistically appropriate referrals for housing, education, medical and mental health care, employment, and other identified areas of need.
  • Coordinate and accompany clients to appointments as needed.
  • Conduct client intakes and develop individualized case management plans based on client assessments.
  • Collaborate with Ayuda’s Legal Department to provide holistic services to clients.
  • Conduct outreach and trainings to providers and community members.
  • Maintain client case files, program statistics and monthly reports.
  • Conduct outreach and trainings to providers and community members.
  • Other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree required. MSW preferred, LGSW eligible.
  • At least 2 years experience in case management and/or providing direct services to domestic violence clients, sexual assault or human trafficking clients and/or survivors of trauma. 
  • Demonstrated sensitivity to and knowledge of issues involved in working with diverse populations. 
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a diverse multidisciplinary team.
  • Must be fluent in English and in Spanish. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
